The Picture is accurate, you get the sorting bins and roller bins - just make sure the roller bin is in the correct slot or you'll get coins on the desk (read the instructions!). So far after a about 4-5,000 coins only 2 errors - a penny found in the dime bin, and a 'Planet Fitness' massage token found in the 1/4 bin - thou it was a similar size to the 1/4, so 'technically' not an error. Speed is impressive! I save pocket change all year in a container and used to go to the bank and 'cash-in' before the Christmas buying season using their machines, decided to do it all at home and roll the coins to take to the bank knowing what I put in is what I'll get. First, you need to ensure the paper rolls are fully inserted and double check the 'fullness' of those tubes. I double check by tube weight on a digital scale, +- a few grams for wear. Initially I had an issue with the "L LIKED 512 Assorted Preformed Coin Wrappers" not being completely set in place and the coins would not stack properly, the issue was primarily with me getting the tubes in proper position, and also, the kerf in the pre-rolled ends not allowing the coins to seat squarely - a tube manufacturer issue, so weigh the tubes. More so on the 1/4's and 1/2's, the pennies - eh, not so much.Great product and customer service!!!I was missing 1 of the large trays but as soon as I contacted the seller they quickly sent me a replacement ??I had a bunch of loose coins in a bowl and this coin sorter quickly helped me count and rap it?????..(It totaled up to more then $700.00 ????? I would definitely recommend this productDidn’t come with coin wrappersThis machine properly sorted all the coins. I used it for about 4 hours the first use with a lot of saved coins. It sorted correctly and easily filled the coin tubes without jamming. The issue I had is that the machine did not stop sorting when the coin tubes were full. When the machine stopped and I removed the coin tube there were many coins that fell out that had been sorted and over filled the tubes. I will keep the machine and continue to use it because it is much easier than sorting and putting the coins into the tubes by hand. Once I had a tube filled with the correct amount of coins it was simple to fill the next tube to the same length as the correct amount tube when the machine overflowed. It's not perfect but it's better than hand sorting.It broke right after return period was over.Coins get stuck easily.We’ve had many different brands and had them fail. This one seems better built and more reliable. Time will tell but it looks like we made a good purchase with this oneOverall very easy to use. It does not filter out foreign currency but it does separate lint and other small trash that might get mixed in with pocket change.
