We have bought three blinds from this company (in this past month) I also purchased the Universal Remote. I could not understand the directions to make it work with my Alexa and nothing I tried worked. I contacted their customer support department and over a few days we wrote back and forth trying to fix it. I always had the same person and they asked for videos, information and never once gave up or took a long time to answer. I always (night and day) rec an answer with detailed instructions (w pictures) to fit my personal issue. This last time the directions were custom made for us. Well they are working now. I would say that their product and customer service is about the best I have ever received. And I talk to companies tech support departments often. Because if I buy something I want it to work as promised. Thank you to your company and we will be buying more of the blinds for the rest of the rooms of our house. Mostly, thank you for caring and for seeing me through to the very final step to get my problem straightened out.
