These work, but the rollers lost A LOT of fibers while in use, and had I been using them to paint something that was going to be seen and needed to look nice, I would have been livid, and would have had to wipe the wet paint off the walls and use a different set of better rollers. Instead, since I was rolling on a rubberizing paint to waterproof the inside of a planter, the fact that the fibers are throughout the entire planter like I'd done it that way on purpose is moot. I do not recommend these for anything that requires a high or even moderate level of craftsmanship, but the small size is handy for tasks where low-quality rollers aren't an issue.Most of the 3" roller handles I've had were thin, easy to bend, and didn't last long. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened this package today to see this is a strong, well made, roller handle.No comment on this.The roller is very nice and the roller covers did not leave fibers on the project I was working on.Needed a roller small enough for deck rails. Since this came with several roller pads, I was able to dispose of the one pad very easily.Just the right size for what I needed. I do not like to clean so I just throw them away when I am finished painting. Good value for the price.I like the product and it really helped in painting my shutters, but it did leave some fuzz in the paint.Does not work well with thicker paints. The nap from the roller comes of on what you are painting. Thinner paints, the nap stays on the roller.Poor quality
